Aquamarine is known as a stone of courage. with it's calming energy that reduces stress and quiets the mind. It can invoke tolerance of others and over come judgmentalism, giving support to those who are over whelmed by responsibilities.

Fun fact: The Roman Greek would carry these stones with them as talismans on seafaring journeys to protect them from rough sea paths and storms which is why it is known as the sailors gem.
